Description

High Temperature PTFE Grease is ideal for the assembly and lubrication of most types of plastic and rubber (not silicone rubber). High Temperature PTFE Grease is a fluoropolymer and is commonly known by its trade name, Teflon®. It is a high temperature, grease fortified with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). High Temperature PTFE Grease is also a non-toxic lubricant designed for the effective lubrication and protection of ball, roller, plain bearings and bushes. Unique properties of PTFE include non-reactivity, hydrophobicity, a low coefficient of friction, and good insulating properties.

Application:

  • It is recommended that High Temperature PTFE Grease is not mixed with any other lubricant.
  • It offers excellent anti wear performance and is highly resistant to water wash off. High Temperature PTFE Grease is ideal as a friction reducing lubricant due to the silicone base and PTFE additives. High Temperature PTFE Grease has outstanding oxidation stability resulting in an extremely long service life.
