Wire Rope Fluid will penetrate between the rope strands to provide a non-drying film on the inside and outside which protects inner and outer strands from corrosion as well as lubricating the wire rope drums and sheaves.

Description

Wire Rope Fluid is a premium quality, bitumen free, wire rope lubricant fortified with selective EP and corrosion prevention additives specially developed to meet the arduous lubricant and corrosion prevention requirements of wire ropes working under all conditions. 

Application:

  • Wire Rope Fluid can be used to lubricate all sizes of wire ropes and chains. Especially suitable for winder ropes, dragline hoists, drag ropes, shovel hoists and crane hoist ropes. Product reduces fling-off which ensures prolonged protection.
  • Wire Rope Fluid can be applied by brush or lubricant spray systems. The product can be applied with the wire rope working with the correct spray system thus eliminating down time.
